Description
Dr. Lisa Tidwell is an experienced researcher and strategist, encompassing both communication and product initiatives. With fifteen years of research experience she is particularly adept at identifying market opportunities and product gaps. Her research insights have guided product development as well as targeted product line reductions at a number of Fortune 100 organizations. As former Director of Strategic Planning for First Data Corporation, Lisa became such an integral part of the product development effort that she was a co-inventor of 11 different payment processing patents. Lisa has worked in a variety of industries due to her position as Director of Research with McCann-Erickson Southwest and later as an independent consultant: financial services, retail gasoline, technology, tourism, hospitality, amusement parks, and more. She is an experienced moderator and a skilled public speaker. Lisa was awarded her PhD in Communication Studies from Northwestern University. She received her MA in Speech Communication from the University of Houston and a BA in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University.
